Miami, FL — golden hourBorn in Miami.
Built for water.
CALA started on a Miami beach, with a wet leash that smelled like low tide and a dog who didn't care.
Everything we tried absorbed water, held onto sand, and frayed by the end of the season. So we built the leash we wanted: waterproof coated webbing that rinses clean, matte black hardware that won't rust in salt air, and many ways to walk in one piece of gear.
No plastic clips. No nylon that stays damp for days. Just something quiet and well made that looks as good at sunset as it did the morning you got it.
Designed in Miami. Made for the coast.

Yes. Our TPU coated webbing passes a 30-minute full submersion test with zero water absorption. It dries in under 5 minutes and never retains odor.
The leash works for dogs up to 110 lbs. One size covers the vast majority of dogs and owners.
Wrap the leash around your waist and secure with the metal side-release buckle. The bungee section absorbs your dog's movement. Your hands stay free.
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love it, return it for a full refund. Free return shipping included.
Regular leashes use nylon that absorbs water, smells, and degrades. CALA uses waterproof TPU coated webbing with all-metal hardware — no plastic, no chrome, no compromise.
